When the ideas just won’t stop

You know you are on to something when you wake up several times a night and the first thing on your mind is a solution to some question you have about your new product. That happened to me the other night as I was woken up at least a half dozen times due to various noises from outside that our puppy decided to ‘comment’ on.
I’ve been working on two different projects and project ‘B’ is currently on my task list. Lately I’ve been driving myself crazy trying to figure out how I want to do the user interface. Unlike most developers I tend to be pretty picky about user interfaces and I want a good user experience. So anyway every time I woke up I had a solution to some particular issue I was dealing with the application.
It was later that day while telling my wife about it that I knew that I was pretty motivated about this thing and that I was going to see this thing through and be pretty happy about it. I hope to get a really good draft of the interface ready this weekend so I can tie it into the server side code and really start testing it out.
Of course I have to paint our bedroom this weekend before I can continue on my path to internet domination
