Project A status

January 12th, 2007 by Robert

I recently wrote about my two projects, A and B, and honestly for the last couple weeks I haven’t worked on either as hard as I should have, so I might miss my target for a beta release of project A. I really need focus on the user interface and this is where I keep struggling. It isn’t that I can’t do it, but I keep finding ideas that I’m working on being implemented elsewhere. So I get frustrated with the idea of do I keep going with it and risk others thinking that I just copied X from so-and-so and Y from so-and-so, or say screw it and just do it.

Part of me says screw it, put it out there, ask for feedback and progress from there. The other part wants to have enough uniqueness to be compelling and useful. Decisions, decisions.
