Introducing two of my business ideas

I gave some details on my techie blog about the two projects that I am working on, ‘A’ and ‘B’. B is the one that I am currently focused on as it is a public facing site where project A is geared towards enterprises and is going to require far more work.
I’ve so busy working on it that I didn’t get a chance to finish a post I was working on in time for the 2nd Carnival of Entrepreneurs. Perhaps next week… The other thing that being close to a release has done is made me put more attention on the revenue model for the site. I have a couple of ideas with one being the ‘me too’ model of advertising via Google or other similar networks. The idea that I really want to try though is (I think) unique and may really spark some interest. We’ll see I suppose.
My first priority is to just get the application up and running in a public beta mode sometime in January or early February and get participation. After all, without participation it isn’t going to make a dime no matter what revenue source I go with!

Project A status at A Mogul To Be

I really need focus on the user interface and this is where I keep struggling. It isn’t that I can’t do it, but I keep finding ideas that I’m working on being implemented elsewhere. So I get frustrated with the idea of do I keep going with it and risk others thinking that I just copied X from so-and-so and Y from so-and-so, or say screw it and just do it. [...]

Code name Luxor at A Mogul To Be
